Oaklands Processes Title Deeds for 400 Kenyans

Oaklands Property Limited, a real estate company that is situated in Ruiru, has processed title deeds for 400 buyers of residential plots, adding the total to 1,800 ownership documents for Kenyans and diaspora homeowners.

In a statement, David Karimi, Head of Sales for Oaklands and Tatu City, explained that the company envisions providing Kenyans with a smooth journey to owning property.

With its proximity to the Thika Superhighway and 800 meters from the entrance to Tatu City, Oaklands is ideal for providing a green and safe environment for schools, businesses, and individuals seeking residential, commercial, and light industrial use.

So far, we have issued over 1,800 title deeds to Kenyan and diaspora homeowners," Karimi stated during the handover ceremony.
